Brian D. Reddick

Brian D. Reddick Super Lawyers is a founding principal in Reddick Moss, a Little Rock-based law firm which handles various types of catastrophic injury cases including tractor-trailer, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death. Mr. Reddick maintains a national practice and has received record-setting jury verdicts in multiple states. He is licensed to practice law in eleven states: Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia.

After graduating law school, Mr. Reddick worked for the District Attorney’s office in Little Rock where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Reddick tried dozens of jury trials and had the distinction of never losing one during his time there. 

Mr. Reddick was then hired by Beverly Enterprises, Inc. to serve as Senior Litigation Counsel where he defended, coordinated and managed hundreds of civil litigation cases primarily in the areas of resident rights, 

negligence, premises and commercial liability. Mr. Reddick subsequently left Beverly to form his own firm, but was soon recruited and hired by Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., a Tampa-based, national law firm.

Mr. Reddick received the Champion of Justice Award from the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association in 2002 and 2009. He was also recently recognized by his peers as a SuperLawyer in the South.  Mr. Reddick is an active member of the Kentucky Justice Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice.based, national law firm. During his eleven years at Wilkes & McHugh, Mr. Reddick became the National Director of Litigation and oversaw verdicts and settlements that exceeded over a half billion dollars. In cases that he has tried to a jury, Mr. Reddick has accumulated over $100,000,000 during his career.

Mr. Reddick is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating and one that is given to lawyers based upon peer-to-peer feedback in relation to preeminent legal ability and ethical standards.
