This link will allow you to view the inspection and occurrence findings for all the nursing homes in Colorado. These inspection and occurrence findings show whether or not the nursing homes are in compliance with Federal and State regulations governing nursing homes.

Pennsylvania Department of Health Nursing Home Locater: The Pennsylvania Department of Health serves in part as Pennsylvania’s regulatory agency for licensing all long-term care and skilled-nursing facilities in the Commonwealth. This link will allow you to select counties within the Commonwealth and the facilities that reside therein. This link will allow you to view Department of Health regulatory compliance surveys, including annual and complaint-based surveys.

Administration on Aging Contains information on the Older American's Act, State Ombudsman Programs, Directory of Web Sites on aging.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services -The official U.S. Government web site for information on Medicare. “Nursing Home Compare” enables the user to compare survey results for all nursing homes in all 50 States.
United States General Accounting Office (GAO)-The GAO is the investigative arm of Congress. It exists to support the Congress in meeting its Constitutional responsibilities and to help improve the performance and accountability of the federal government for the American people. GAO examines the use of public funds, evaluates federal programs and activities, and provides analyses, options, recommendations, and other assistance to help the Congress make effective oversight, policy, and funding decisions.
